A one-of-a-kind event for the show technology industry
This one-of-a-kind event offers the rare opportunity to connect with technical peers from across Europe while diving deep into show technology and experiencing world-class engineering masterpieces first-hand.
As part of the program, attendees will explore the state-of-the-art exhibition Les Machines de l’île, visit Waves System for a hands-on technical tour, discover the technical secrets of Puy du Fou and participate in a wide range of expert keynotes.
The event brings together professionals from theme parks, museums, immersive experiences and live entertainment for five days of dedicated technical exchange, in-depth networking and shared industry experiences.

Program

Day 1 – Nantes | Tuesday, 11 May
The program begins in Nantes with attendee arrivals and individual hotel check-in. The event officially begins in the evening with registration, a networking reception and a welcome dinner at Éclipsium.
Day 2 – Nantes to Puy du Fou | Wednesday, 12 May
Group shuttles will transfer attendees to Les Machines de l’Île for an exclusive tour, followed by a technical visit and lunch at Waves System. In the afternoon, attendees will travel together to Puy du Fou, followed by a group dinner at Restaurant Les Deux Couronnes.
Days 3 & 4 – Puy du Fou | Thursday–Friday, 13–14 May
Thursday and Friday feature comprehensive tours of Puy du Fou, expert sessions with Malte Eiben, Sound Designer & Software Developer, and Oliver Kläffling, Lighting Designer, as well as themed lunches and evening dining. Highlights include the dinner show at Le Café de la Madelon and the spectacular nighttime show Les Noces de Feu.
Day 5 – Departure | Saturday, 15 May
After hotel check-out, dedicated shuttle buses will transfer attendees directly to Nantes Airport.

Nantes & Puy du Fou, France — with stops at Les Machines de l’île and Puy du Fou. Éclipsium in Nantes hosts registration, the networking reception and the welcome dinner on the first evening; accommodation at Puy du Fou is planned at La Villa Gallo-Romaine.
Transfers between locations, as well as to Nantes Airport on the departure day, are planned by shuttle bus according to the current schedule. Further travel details will follow after ticket booking.

Frequently asked questions
General & Registration
What is the registration deadline?
Online registration closes on 26 April 2027 at 11:59 PM CET, or whenever ticket capacity is reached. We recommend booking early, as seats are limited.
What is included in my ticket price?
Your ticket includes admission to the tours of Les Machines de l’île and Puy du Fou, full access to the technical keynote sessions, panel discussions and technical walkthroughs, as well as a Puy du Fou Pass Émotion with fast-track access and reserved seating for selected shows and attractions.
The ticket also includes all scheduled event meals and receptions, together with the group shuttle from Nantes to Les Machines de l’île, Waves System and Puy du Fou on 12 May and the return shuttle from Puy du Fou to Nantes Airport and Nantes city centre on 15 May.
Individual travel to and from Nantes, accommodation and optional individual transport to daily meeting points are not included.
Can I cancel my ticket or transfer it to someone else?
No, you cannot cancel your ticket. However, you can transfer it to another person after consulting with the event organizer.
Are single-day tickets available?
No, single-day tickets are not available. It is only possible to book the entire event.
Logistics, Travel & Accommodation
How do I get to the event?
- By train: Arrive at the main train station, Gare de Nantes, which offers direct high-speed TGV connections from major French cities, including Paris. The journey from Paris takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
- By plane: Fly into Nantes Atlantique Airport (NTE). A dedicated airport shuttle connects the airport directly to the main train station in approximately 20 minutes.
- By car: Nantes is easily accessible via major motorways, including the A11 from Paris, with a journey time of approximately four hours, and the A83 from Bordeaux, with a journey time of approximately 3.5 hours.

Where can I collect my badge?
Your event badge can be collected during registration on the first evening at Éclipsium.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. We prefer digital confirmations to help keep the event eco-friendly. You can present the QR code from your confirmation email on your mobile device.
Where can I find the full schedule?
The final event schedule, including timings, locations and important event information, will be sent to all registered participants by email before the event.
Catering & Accessibility
Is catering provided during the event?
Breakfast is provided through your individual hotel booking. Lunch, dinner and receptions are included as scheduled throughout the event — see the “Your ticket includes” section under Tickets for the full breakdown.
Are dietary requirements such as vegetarian or vegan meals and allergies accommodated?
Yes, we accommodate dietary needs and aim to meet all participant requirements as well as possible. You will have the opportunity to indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking your ticket.
